Monica is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Managing Partner at M M Ndungu & Associates Advocates. With over 6 years’ experience, she has represented and advised local and international clients in contractual /commercial litigation, constitutional law, cybersecurity law, land disputes and public sector. Monica started her career at Conrad Law where she Successfully represented Copy Cat Limited at the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board against Kenya Post Office Savings Bank for unlawfully terminating the procurement process of its public tender, She also was part of a team that drafted and negotiated public-private partnership contracts for CITICC-Africa in respect of a project and offtake agreement with the State Department of Housing and Urban Development and National Housing Corporation.
Monica holds a Masters in International Business from Oxford Brookes University, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kenyatta University and a post-graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Aside from legal practice, Monica serves as a board member of Lussigetti Sub-county Hospital in Kiambu county and is the co-founder of Food For School Kids, a non-profit organization in Nairobi and worked at Amnesty International in London.
